Meet the Managers!

Jennifer Stichter

General Manager

I have worked at the Bowling Alley in various roles for the past 10 years, most recently serving as General Manager since 2017. I love building relationships with our customers, and I love watching the joy children have on their faces when they are bowling and having fun. In my spare time I help operate another family business, and I love to nap when I can find the time. One of my most rewarding activities is watching as my sons continue to grow into adulthood. Among my lifetime accomplishments, I graduated from Bowling University Management School in 2015. I'm also Safe Sport Certified, and I have my Registered Volunteer Permit.

Bryan Bibler

Operations Manager - Food & Beverage

I've worked at The Bowling Alley and former bowling centers at this location for over 10 years. My favorite part is feeling the satisfaction of providing a safe and fun environment for community entertainment. Ever since I was very young, my Mom bowled leagues here, and as I grew up, I bowled youth league, and eventually, I worked here for the proprietor at the time! I have several awards, including the inaugural IBCA Manager of the Year award. Additionally, a pizza I created for The Bowling Alley, Bib's BBQ Chicken Pizza, won an award for best pizza in Kosciusko County!

In my spare time, I enjoy quality time with my girlfriend, Lisa, operating our catering company, Bib's Backyard BBQ. In addition, I love just plain relaxin', but it's not often I have time to work that in. When I vacation, I love going to the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee for some good, old-fashioned porch therapy, but I also love the unique environment of Las Vegas!

Dana Cox

Operations Manager - Customer Relations

My name is Dana Cox. My greatest achievements are my 3 redheaded children. Ryan, who just graduated, and Holly and Mikey, who attend WCHS! I happily began my career at TBA 3 years ago, and I have been working on a Bowling Center Management Degree since. My favorite thing about working at TBA is the family atmosphere. I have bowled here my whole life, so every time I walk into our establishment it's like coming home! I am Safe Sport certified and have my USBC Registered Volunteer Permit. I am also ServeSafe certified. My favorite things to do are read and sit in the sun (I'm a dreamer) so my ideal vacation would be in a galaxy far, far away... May the force be with you.

Brandon Coldren

Management Trainee

I've worked at The Bowling Alley since October 2018. I was introduced to bowling at a young age by my father and it's one of my favorite recreational activities. I participated in youth leagues growing up, and even placed second in the doubles state tournament with my friend Bret! I ended up taking a break from bowling for several years in my teens, and the next time I stepped foot in a bowling center was when I interviewed for a job here at The Bowling Alley. Working here has helped me rediscover my enjoyment for the sport. When I'm not working or bowling here, I spend much of my time building repairing, and tuning computers. I also like to play video games and learn about all varieties of tech and tech-related items. I believe all of these things help keep my mind sharp and active, and It's also helped me make connections with people all around the world! Growing up, I spent vacations with my grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins in Wisconsin and Chicago. I found my love for cheese and amusement parks in Wisconsin. Likewise, I found an intense distaste for shopping in Chicago. Today I spend my vacations in a cabin in Tennessee. I love that it's such a peaceful country with beautiful wilderness, animals, and mountains.

Phil Keppel

Mechanical and Lane Conditioning

I have worked in the all-inclusive technical, repair, training, and managerial experience in every facet of the bowling industry for over 50 years. I'm the owner of Seventies Solutions which is designed to help pinspotter technicians improve bowling machine performance while lowering costs, and I'm dedicated to helping people of all ages have a better understanding of the game of bowling. I have designed lane oiling patterns for the annual Master's bowling tournament in Ft. Wane, IN for over 35 years. My hobbies include music, most sports, woodworking, and seeing the natural beauty of God's country. I love to vacation just about anywhere you can't hear a pin drop, but no matter where I go, I'll almost always check out at least 1 bowling alley. I was a Member of the 1981 fast pitch Softball State Champion Schacht Rubber team. I also won a FWBA city tournament team title and other numerous bowling awards including being a top 5 average for a season. I was named the 2016 IBCA Mechanic of the Year and the 2011 Bowl Tech Rising Star.
